Do you wish to deepen your gratitude practice? My latest workbook is all about that desire. In these pages, you'll learn about four types of gratitude, how to spot gratitude imposters, and how gratitude works in the brain. I also offer strategies and prompts that will encourage you to think about gratitude in new and intentional ways while helping you consider self-compassion in your learning.
This book is primarily written for members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. However, much of its message and most of the prompts are universal. These pages come from my own desire to become more grateful along with the study of everything from scripture to academic articles. I hope you'll join me on the journey of gratitude.
