The Journey of Gratitude
Do you wish to deepen your gratitude practice? My first workbook in the Journey series is all about that desire. In these pages, you'll learn about four types of gratitude, how to spot gratitude imposters, and how gratitude works in the brain. I also offer strategies and prompts that will encourage you to think about gratitude in new and intentional ways while helping you consider self-compassion in your learning.
This book is geared primarily for members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but much of the message and most of the prompts are universal. These pages stem from my own wish to become more grateful along with the study of everything from scripture to academic articles. I hope you'll join me on the journey of gratitude.
